They are completing their interviewing process next week, and have kept me in the loop the whole time informing me that they'd checked my references, and assuring me that I'm still the top choice on their list. They will be making a decision some time in the next two weeks, so we'll see what they come up with. I think I've got a pretty good shot at it. Just waiting to see what kind of offer is made should I turn out to be the one they choose -- good benefits though and lots of stock options given, apparently several times a year, plus 1,000 given off the bat as a "signing bonus" for coming on board.
