First of all, I just want you to know that I am thrilled with the way this process has worked. I spent several weeks on my original resume trying to condense 30+ years of experience into 3 pages. It started out at 5 pages. I never have had to put a resume together of this sort. I was always hired through referrals. I had several CEO/CFO/Directors and so on provide me with feedback on my old resume and it still came out less than desireable.
